Since certifications are by definition 3rd party, they automatically acheive 3rd Party points under Transparency and the self-declared options are not relevant. To get additional points, the information behind the certification needs to be disclosed in HPD format.
So if you have a certification that gets points in our system (currently just Cradle to Cradle), you can enter just the certification information to achieve 2 points under transparency. Entering the HPD level information about the product and sharing just with Google gets 3 points under transparency, and sharing that information publicly, via a public url, gets 4 transparency points. The Material Health scoring sections are not impacted by filling out HPD information for a product with a Cradle to Cradle certification.
