You don't need to complete an HPD on the HPD Collaborative's site (HPD Builder) to comply with Google's Health Criteria. You just need to enter one through our tool. Our system is very closely aligned with the HPD Builder, though, and work is progressing to link up the two systems so that an HPD created in one system can be sent (per your prompt) into the other system.
