Who will see the information in my submission?

Since you own the data, you may choose who sees the information you submit.

We use the Health Product Declaration (HPD) format for all information submitted.  The default is for that information to be shared only with Google.  That means that Google and people contracted with Google to work on specific Google building projects (like architects and designers) can see your information.  We cannot download or distribute your information, and no other manufacturers in the tool can see your data.

The Healthy Materials Tool is not available to the public. It is only available to Google and its partners, and its members are invited by Google Administrators.

To indicate that the information is publicly available, enter a url into the Public URL section.  This signals that you have or will be posting your HPD publicly on this site, and it signals to us that our project teams are free to download the HPD and distribute it as needed (including as documentation for rating systems like LEED).
