View members & modify member settings

The "All members" screen contains lists of current and banned members as well as actions to be performed on one or more members.

View members

To view all members, including members who have been banned:

  1. Go to the group's homepage.
  2. Near the top right, select Manage. A menu will appear on the left.
  3. Click Members. Several items are listed.
  4. Select All members. You'll see a list of current members.
  5. To see a list of all banned members, select Banned.

Modify member settings

The "All members" screen allows you to modify member settings on an individual basis. You can change these settings for a member:

  • Add to role: Assigns member to a role.
  • Remove from role: Removes member from a role.
  • Remove from group: Removes member from group.
  • Ban: Bans member from group.
  • Delivery setting: Regulates how the member receives email updates from the group.
  • Posting permission: Regulates member's ability to post to the group.

To modify member settings

  1. Go to the group's homepage.
  2. Near the top right, select Manage. A menu will appear on the left.
  3. Click Members. Several items are listed.
  4. Select All members. You'll see a list of current members.
  5. Check the checkbox next to the member or members whose settings you want to change.
  6. Near the top of the screen, select Actions.
  7. Choose the action you'd like to apply to the selected member or members.
