Hi from Christchurch, NZ. My charities account Be The Change NZ www.upstand.org and www.bethechangenz.org has been deactivated and I have no idea why. Can anyone please look at my account and help? I talked to a Google 'help person' just last week and there was nothing wrong and now I received this deactivation email out of the blue. Now I can’t find the “chat” button (I think because I’ve been deactivated which is REALLY unhelpful). We're about to set up a campaign to help raise funds for our youth in schools (we are in Christchurch and our kids are all suffering after the attacks), so I'm obviously really stressed about this & last week Google said they wanted to help me get the campaign running well!!??

Did the notification email not give you a broad idea of the reason or reasons for suspension? Phone Google Ads phone support and ask them what's flagged as problematic. They should be able to tell you, and it might be easily fixed.

Things I notice on the websites themselves that *might* be problematic for your Ad Grant, but regardless are problematic for your websites:

- Insecure websites not using HTTPS
- Long page loading speeds for both home pages. The bethechangenz.org site is over 7mb, reduce that below 2mb if you can. The upstand.org site is over 16mb, that's just ridiculously large!
- The Upstand site has barely any content, is that a one-page website? And some of it was difficult to read due to font choice and font size.
- No clear statement that these are nonprofit websites, so put that in the footer of both sites.

I wonder how well the Ad Grant would perform given the problems with these websites, and since you're in a hurry I suggest you look at ways to create simpler landing pages just to point your ads at.

HTTPS is required for any Ad Grant, so that's a must. Also a must, a fast loading website. I'm guessing Jason used Pingdom, which I like.  I mean 7MB is super bloated (I strive for less than 1 MB).

Also try Page Speeds Insights (or Google Lighthouse which is what Page Speeds Insight uses). That is of course what Google uses) . Your Page Speed Insights score is 15 of 100 for mobile, and 40 of 100 for desktop--not so good. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
 Content is additionally a must.

Plus I see your Server Response Time is very slow, get a good web host.

The readability issue (or accessibility is tested in Google Lighthouse). Whether Adgrants looks at that IDK.

Jason's idea of creating simpler landing pages should work, but add some content. Eliminate the pattern background unless it's very highly optimized.
