We keep getting declined for Google AdGrants because of our Product/Service Category. Why is this 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 0 Upvotes
We are the Players Philanthropy Fund (PPF), a 501c3 charitable organization that facilitates and administrates charitable foundations for athletes, celebrities and philanthropists. We are the financial administration / back office for over 150+ charities nationwide. Our website is ppf.org.
We continue to be declined for activation of Google AdGrants as, "Your product or service category must reflect the mission of your nonprofit organization and be relevant to your nonprofit's programs and services."
This has occurred about four times now and I am lost on how to proceed. I have changed our business category and services multiple times now. We are a very unique nonprofit, which I think has something to do with why Google keeps declining the activation.
I have read other posts here with answers such as adding that you are a charity to your website but we already have our EIN and charity status in the footer of all the web pages. I also have noticed people suggesting that the business might not be a non-profit. Well, we have 501c3 status and a great Guidestar rating!
Does anyone else have any suggestions? I just re-submitted with the category of 'Charity Administration', as that sounds more like a nonprofit category I suppose.
