I completed all steps to get the grant but I keep getting aemail that I need to do step 2 and others 0 Recommended Answers 3 Replies 1 Upvote

We are a nonprofit, and we have been trying to get the grant, but every time we submit the application I get an email saying :
You have completed Part 1 of the Google Ad Grants activation guide pre-qualification process. Please continue on to Part 2 of the Ad Grants activation guide and follow the steps to complete the account setup.

Yesterday I have finished all the steps, including the application, the qualification questions and the training video with the questions.

Can someone review my case, please?

I'm having the same issue!  I keep getting told my keywords are non compliant but they are words like aged, care, dementia, palliative all aligned with our mission statement.  Can anyone give me any advice as I keep submitting and keep getting rejected over and over again.

Same issue here... have been pushed back to step 2 about 4 times despite completing all steps several times.
