Why Am I Still Being Asked for Billing Information After Approval? 0 Recommended Answers 2 Replies 4 Upvotes
My account made it through the Ad Grants approval process and was just activated this morning. I accepted the invitation to manage the payment profile and also accepted the terms and conditions. However, I still get a message about billing when I log in that says:
My ad campaign is marked as "inactive" and when I click the help button, it says that it is inactive until I fix my payment profile. What do I need to do to fix this without entering payment information (since the Ad Grants instructions explicitly say not to enter that information)?Your account cannot show ads - To start running your ads, enter your billing information.
