"Ad Grants could not be granted- website cannot be approved.." I don't understand why? 2 Recommended Answers 2 Replies 2 Upvotes
Dear community and experts,
we applied for google Ad grant. We are one of the award winners of Google Impact Challenge Germany and recommended directly from google.org for applying for this grants.
Our non-profit social enterprise is called TeachSurfing gUG and our website which we asked for Ad grants is https://www.teachsurfing.org/.
..we got rejected with the bellow message:
"You submitted a website that cannot be approved in its current state. The website should pertain to your organisation, show a clear mission, contain substantial content of a non-commercial nature, be secured with HTTPS and be of high quality."
I followed some advise in the forums and made sure we match to all the criteria for a quality website and applied again. But got rejected again with the same message:
- our non-profit status mentioned in the footer of each page. "TeachSurfing is a nonprofit social enterprise (gemeinnützige UG)"
- The mission is clear on the landing page and about us section
- The website is https secure and has high quality
- The website is owned by our organisation and its mentioned under each page "© TeachSurfing - all rights reserved. "
I am helpless at this moment and I have no idea what exactly is the problem.
Can any one give me feedback? Or let me know how I can contact the support team and request them for more specific information. I really couldn't find any support contact email address or form in the website.
Thanks in advance,
Migan from TeachSurfing
