Is there anything I should know before contacting the team?
There are a few things to note before contacting AdWords support:
- With your Ad Grants account, you get the same level of support as paid AdWords customers.
- Make sure to say that you're a Google Ad Grants recipient so that the AdWords team can help you within the requirements of the program.
- If possible, have the following ready when contacting support:
- Your nonprofit charity ID
- Your ten-digit AdWords Customer ID.
