Checking your Costco membership details

If you're a Costco member, and your Costco didn't go through. Your membership or member information may need updating. See below for troubleshooting steps.

1. If your Costco membership number didn't go through

On mobile:

  • Tap Account, then Settings, then Loyalty programs
  • Edit or enter your membership name and number next to Costco

On desktop: 

  • Tap the menu icon , then Settings
  • Scroll to Loyalty programs
  • Edit or enter your membership name and number next to Costco

You can also enter your Costco membership name and number at checkout.

2. If your Costco membership has expired

If the Costco membership number has expired, go to Costco.com to renew.

After renewing online, follow these steps:

On mobile:

  • Tap Account, then Settings, then Loyalty programs
  • Edit or enter your membership name and number next to Costco


On desktop: 

  • Tap the menu icon , then Settings
  • Scroll to Loyalty programs
  • Edit or enter your membership name and number next to Costco

Please allow 24 hours for your membership to become active after renewing it online.
 

3. Mismatched name

The name on your Costco membership card has to match the name you enter with your Costco membership on Google Shopping. 

You can update your Costco membership name by going to Settings > Loyalty programs.
