Delivery instructions

To make sure your order arrives safely, you can provide special delivery instructions. For example, you can give the delivery company a gate code or ask them to leave your package in a specific location.

United States
After you receive your tracking number, contact the delivery company to provide delivery instructions.

FedEx

To give a gate code, or instructions such as “leave package behind potted plant,” call FedEx at (800) 463-3339.
Tip: For future deliveries, FedEx stores your instructions.

UPS

To give a gate code, or instructions such as “leave the package in the back door or the patio,” go to ups.com/mychoice or call (800) 742-5877.
Tip: For future deliveries, UPS stores your instructions.
France
Based on the carrier, you can provide a digicode or other delivery instructions.

Home delivery

To add instructions for delivery, contact the carrier directly and provide the tracking number. You can find the tracking number on the Orders page or in your email confirmation.

To know if your order is in the process of being delivered, find the tracking number:

Retreat point delivery

  • If you choose delivery in a retreat point, you’ll receive an email notification:
    • With the date and time of approximate delivery of your order
    • When the parcel is withdrawn
  • To withdraw your parcels, you’ll receive a tracking number and an identity card based on the name provided during the payment.
    • If you ask an authorized person to recover your items, they must provide your identity card and an authorization letter from you.
  • For automatic delivery, you must use the unique code you received through SMS.
    • If you lose the code, to get a new one, contact Colissimo.
  • You must withdraw your case within the time limit specified by the retreat point. If you haven’t withdrawn your case, you’ll receive an email reminder.
    • If you can’t recover your items within the time limit, they’ll be returned to the merchant and will be refunded.
