What’s a delivery fee?

A delivery fee is based on the actual fees charged by delivery companies to deliver each order.

What’s a service fee?

For any store total that doesn’t meet the store minimum, there’s a $4.99 small-order service fee. Google Shopping charges the service fee for each purchase and delivery we arrange from each seller. Service fees may vary based on delivery day. The service fees aren’t tips.

What’s a bulky item fee?

Delivery of heavy or oversized items may incur an extra fee.

What’s a shipping fee?

If there's a shipping fee at checkout, the seller sets the amount and it may vary.

For free delivery, some sellers may set their own minimums shown on the seller page on our site. If your order meets this amount, you aren’t charged a shipping fee.

What’s an eco fee?

An eco fee is a fee paid to the eco-organism for recycling electronic equipment like:

  • Computers
  • TV-sets
  • Mobile phones

It also applies to furniture and is used to finance and improve the recycling of used furniture.

What’s a copie privée fee?

A copie privée fee is a fee paid to the creators, publishers, and producers of the copied works like:

  • Cultural activities
  • Support festivals
  • Theaters

Copie privée fee includes items such as:

  • Recordable audiotapes
  • DVDs
  • Storage devices
