Making changes to your order
If it's still early in the order process, you can contact us to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want or file a cancellation request and place a new order.
Typically, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order after your submission.
Cancel your order
You can usually cancel your order immediately after it's placed, before the order is too far along in the process. Keep in mind, process times vary from store to store.
To cancel your order:
- Click Menu .
- Click Orders.
- If your order can still be canceled, you'll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
- If you don't see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process and a cancellation request must be placed.
