Google uses Buy on Google order history and browsing history

To create a personalized shopping experience for you, Google uses your Buy on Google order history and other browsing activity. This activity includes searches and clicks on the Google Search results page.

To help you get better results on Google Shopping, your order history and past Google activity are used to:

  • Make recommendations on items to buy
  • Rank items based on relevance
  • Send email reminders based on your preferences and past orders

To remove a recommendation if it’s not relevant:

  1. Next to the recommendation, select Menu .
  2. Choose the reason you’d like it removed.
  3. Select OK.
