- Depending on your Google Shopping issue, the seller may handle customer support directly. This is the case with certain marketplaces who are better suited to handle support (e.g. Etsy).
- Sellers usually respond within 1 to 2 business days. Be sure to check the email address linked to your order. You can reply to the email or find and respond to messages from your Orders page.
- If an order is covered by the Google Guarantee and you and the seller don't reach a resolution, you can file a claim for Google Shopping support to review. Learn more about Google Guarantee eligibility.
