Starting December 7, 2021, Buy on Google will be paused in France. Shoppers can place an order until that date.
Based on the seller’s stated handling and transit times, all orders placed on or before December 7, 2021 will be fulfilled and delivered by the merchant.
You can still find past orders on your Order History page after Dec 7, 2021.
For orders placed on or before December 7, 2021, you can cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. Learn more about how to cancel an order.
For most items in new or as-delivered condition, you can start returns within 14 days of delivery. Merchants set the return policies and may vary by item. The merchant’s return policy at the time of purchase will be honored.

- After the merchant receives the returned item, within 2 business days, they process your refund.
- After the merchant processes your return, within a week, you get the refund. The merchant refunds the full price paid for the items returned, though it may not include shipping and service fees. For more details, go to our refund page.
- When you get the email about the issued refund, allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show on your card or bank statement.
- If you have questions about your refund status, contact Google Customer Support until March 7, 2022. If you have questions about your refund status after March 7, 2022, please directly contact the merchant:
- Go to shopping.google.fr/orders and select your order.
- On the right side of the order details page, you can find the link to the CGV of the merchant, which contains their contact info, as well as any refund statuses.
