Check if your order is eligible for return

You can find whether or not your order is within the return eligibility window displayed on your order history page.

To find out if your order is eligible for return:

1. In the Google Shopping sidebar, click Orders .
2. Next to the merchandise you’d like to check, click View order details. 

Under the item you selected, you can find its return eligibility.
