Trouble adding music
If you’re seeing an error about connectivity, Play Music may not be able to establish a secure connection to Google. The connection may be blocked by your anti-virus software, network administrator, or other network software.
To try to resolve this issue:
- Connect to Play Music using a different Wi-Fi network (if possible).
- Temporarily deactivate your anti-virus software. Remember to turn the software back on when you're done.
- Speak with your network administrator. They may be blocking the connection to Google.
