I'm having the exact same issue (LG Fiesta 2) and my next door neighbor is playing it. If its an error with the phone it should say not compstible instead of not available! Extremely frustrated as ive been following the release of this app for a long time.

I'm in the US having this issue. I can't even search for the game on Play, I had to find a link on the internet! The fact that I couldn't play Pokemon go on the 3 phones I've had and now I possibly can't play this is probably going to make me go insane. There are a lot of people already playing, don't leave out the ones that truly want to see something finally work right :(

I think I have solved this issue and since there is so many people having the same problem I hope this helps. I was having the same problem. I was trying to get apps I had on my other phone and it said not available in my country but I knew they were. So I went into settings under Google play and it was listed under USA so it was very confusing. What I figured out. I went into my phone settings under accounts, then went into about phone and under there was a place for the country of my phone which was set to another country. I changed it and made sure my email under that account was set to the country I was in now and then turned off my phone. When I turned it back on I was asked by phone to connect to the new email account ok file and then I went into the app store and it worked. I really hope this helps people.
