I rented War for Planet of the Apes but can't watch it in English.
Please refund my purchase. There is no obvious information that this is in Spanish only on the site, and the title of the movie is in English.
It's misleading to NOT tell people that they cant' change languages.

The same thing happened to me. I live in Germany and rented Bohemian Rapsody. I could not change the language into english, the original version (not to mention into spanish).
I am also disappointed.

Same for me. I am British, live in Spain, have all my Google account settings in English, changed the Google Play account settings to play the original audio, bought a film, it’s dubbed into Spanish. Useless really as my 4 year old daughter doesn’t speak Spanish yet and it’s for her.

Same here. I live in Spain but I'm trying to teach my kids English from an early age, so I'd prefer to be able to buy content en English with Spanish subtitles (for my inlaws). Is there no way to do this?
I'll just go ahead and point out that this is not a problem on Netflix, HBO or Amazon Prime Video. Isn't it obvious Google is dropping the ball with this?

I live in Spain and wanted to watch Taken but I had a look at the trailer first and it was in Spanish and now I will not rent it!

Same issue here, a complete and utter ripoff and the 'community' they offer only serves as a venting channel, no staff to be seen anywhere obviously. These crooks screw us left right and centre.

Same here I want to watch in OV (living in Spain), but even after changing the language - the film is still playing in Spanish. Was there ever any response to this on how to manage?

I'm guessing still no response? I'm travelling and wanted to download a movie in English -- account set to Canada and everything but the only movie that I can find is Portuguese audio with zero English audio or subtitle options. I literally got a tablet so I could watch movies on a bigger better screen than my iPhone while abroad :\ but at least ITunes has it the films in English!

I live in Norway, but I hate norwegian dubbing. I don't want to watch movies in norwegian, I pay to watch them in their original language. Many of the movies don't have any hints in "read more" that they are only available in Norwegian. What kind of stupid system is this? Youtube/google obviously has the movie available in english, why on earth can I not select it as a purchase option in the store?!
