Ownership rights

When you add a podcast to the Google Play Music Podcast Portal, agree to our Terms of Service, and verify ownership of a podcast, you’re indicating that you have the ownership rights to the content.

If we have reason to believe that you don’t have the rights to content on your Podcast Portal account, we may not allow the content to be published or may remove the content if it’s already been published. If you add another party’s content without their permission, it may result in the termination of your account and other legal action from the content owners.

As a reminder, all content that you submit through the Google Play Music Podcast Portal - including your metadata, images, and podcast content - must be entirely original and/or you must have all the rights required to publish it on Google Play Music.
