Share your business email address we can contact about important updates throughout your GPG onboarding process

If you have a contact at Google Play whom you discussed about onboarding to Google Play Games, add the person’s google email address. 

The company name with which the above game will be published on Google Play

Title name of your game (it doesn’t have to be the final name to be shown to consumers)

Your game’s package name on Google Play. If your game will be using multiple package names (e.g. for different regions), submit one for each package ID for accuracy

Account ID of the above Company Name, which is a 19 digits numeric number.

If we should be aware of any other Developer name that co-developed or is associated with your game, add them here

This certificate is required to sign your game's executable, ensuring it is recognized as trusted software by Windows and minimizing security warnings during installation and launch. Find more details here

Click "Generate" to create an early access GUID/UUID that will help you in testing PC SDK integration with your game while in development. If you already have a specific UUID you wish to use, you may paste it here manually

GUID acts as a unique secret key for your development environment. We will allowlist this ID on our backend, which can take up to 72 hours from the time the submission is received, to establish a trusted connection, ensuring that traffic and authentication requests are coming specifically from your game instance. This enables you to test SDK integration before your title is fully configured or is submitted to us. Find more details here

You can configure the final list of countries your game will be made available via Play Console. Your input here is to ensure that you can test your game prior to launch.

The date and time you intend to make your game available to users. If the exact date and time has not been determined, add your estimate now, and you can update this form later. Please specify the time in UTC. If you are going to enable pre-registration we will need to push the game live in order for pre-registration be visible in the Google Play Games on PC client.
