To be eligible for Google Play Games on PC, your game must at minimum meet compatible build requirements.
Once you have developed a compatible game, you can test it on the developer-focused build of the emulator, and then you can submit your game.
Compatible build requirements
All games must meet minimum playable requirements to be playable on Google Play Games on PC. Once the game is playable on PCs, you can continue to develop your game to become fully certified.
Overall compatible build requirements include:
- Touchscreen controls must not be required for gameplay. All games must be playable using a mouse and keyboard.
- If a game is playable on PCs, direct support for mouse and keyboard isn’t needed to meet this requirement.
- Compatibility mode in games is sufficient.
- Unsupported permissions can’t block gameplay.
- Unsupported Google APIs also can’t block gameplay.
- Games can’t require unsupported features.
- Games must support GLES 3.1 and below, or Vulkan.

Test your game
The most important compatible build requirement is to adapt mobile gestures like swipes and multi-touch gestures to mouse and keyboard actions. Game controllers are also supported, but the minimum requirements determine that a mouse and keyboard must be able to complete all actions in the game.
