Hi there,

Thanks for posting on the Google Play Help Forum.

Please confirm if you were signed into Play Games using your Google+ profile while playing the game CSR Racing 2. If so, then you should be able to retrieve the progress for the games you've played on Play Games provided the game support Saved Games.

If you weren't signed into Play Games using your Google+ account, I'd recommend you contact the app developer for which you can Find contact information for the app developer by following the steps for your device listed in this Help Center.

For future reference, here's how you can sign in using your Google+ account:
  1. Open the app or website you want to sign into.
  2. Click the Google+ Sign-In button. If you don't see the button, that may mean Google+ Sign-In isn't available for the app, or you might already be logged in to the app.
  3. If you aren't already logged in to Google+, enter your Google username and password.
  4. Review the permissions screen. To make changes, click the pencil icon .
  5. Click Accept.

Have a great day!

Regards,
Thompson

I had been this problem and opened a support ticket on Christmas Eve, logged in the day after, ticket was gone with no answer. Opened a new one and still no answer. I would not be so upset but I spent money on the stupid game and now I am out. Really upset that they don't seem to care about the fact that I spent money on something I can no longer log onto all because their update screwed up my game and for some reason erased my game data. Guess it should be a warning to others to check every game and screen shot your profile info. because apparently trying to get help seems to take an act of God.

Hi Regina,

Thanks for writing on the Google Play Help Forum.

I understand how it feels when you don't hear back from the gaming team when you've actually invested your money to play that game. Please confirm if you've tried the troubleshooting steps provided in my previous response.

If yes, I'd suggest you reach out to the app developer for which you can Find contact information for the app developer by following the steps for your device listed in this Help Center. If required, you might want to Call Google Play Support for the best possible solution. If your country isn’t listed, use a country whose language you speak.

Have a good day!

I did and have emailed everyone that I have been given a email too only to keep being told to now email someone else. I feel like I am getting the complete run around and will not play that game ever again. I am just so upset but at least I am smart enough not to spend more than I am willing to lose because after the run around I have gotten I am very disappointed. You would think that they would do more to protect the money they would be getting if they took better care of their customers but I guess there are enough people spending money that the rare few who lose everything and just give up don't matter. I hope that it comes back to bit them in the ass but it probably won't. Either way I am done wasting my precious time trying to find the people who ripped me off, they have wasted enough of my time...

Hi Regina,

Thanks for your reply and I understand how it feels when you don't receive a response from the developers where you've actually invested money to play game. At this point, I'd recommend you Call Google Play Support for the best possible solution. If your country isn’t listed, use a country whose language you speak

Have a good day!

Hi Kendrick,

Thanks for posting on the Google Play Help Forum.

To start games you've played on Google Play Games from the point where you've left off irrespective of the device you use, you'll need to sign in using your Google+ profile and then you'll be able to See your progress with Saved Games and/or Play games with your Gamer ID.

To use Google+ sign-in, follow these simple steps:

If you don't see the progress on any of the devices you use, I'd also suggest you sign into Play Games using your Google+ account for future reference to save the progress of the games that you play on Play Games.

For more information, refer to the steps to Change your automatic sign in setting section of this Help Center.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,
Thompson

Hi thats a bummer I've had problems too, haven't received season cars and boss cars. They got back to me and said sometimes adding a car works and sometimes it don't. Then they said to check your google play account.. I don't know how to do that but nothing further from zynga, and the ticket is still open, and i spent real money too so I know how you feel
