Android Device Manager - Internal Server Error Error 500

I try to install app from Google Play using my web browser on computer. When im about to click Install App it shows me that I don't have any Android Device on my account. This is impossible couse I was installing apps this way for many years, I'm using activly both my android devices (Xperia M2 and Nvidia Shield Tablet) and on both of them im signed on the same account. I install apps from Google Play very ofteh (through divices when im not on the computer) so this is impossible that my divices are not connected with my account. When I tried to enter Android Device Manager on my account i instantly recive this info "Internal Server Error, Error 500" and I see it on every web browser on my computer, so this is not a problem with my Chrome. I also tried to log on my other google account and check on it if there is a problem with Android Device Manager but it worked flawlessly. I back again to my main account, check and again recived Internal Server Error Error 500. So this a problem with my account or what? I really want to install Google Play apps on my android devices like before, using my web browser on my computer. So please help with this.

And yes, I read every help and instruction on Your official Google Play Support and this thread too https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6178908?p=remote_install_error&rd=2

having the exact same issue. Any hints on how to solve it?. Is I have a look at the google "control panel" where you see the statistics of your account, the "android" section shows an error.

Hi Jakub,

Welcome to the Google Play Help Forum. Go ahead and force stop Google Play Store and clear the cache. Then, proceed to do the same on Google Play Service; force stop and clear cache and data. Reboot your device and try to install an app. Hopefully this should solve the issue.

Cheers,

-Ian

Hi Ian,

I tried this on my Nexus 6 running Marshmallow. The Android Device Manager app still says it "Couldn't load Devices" and when I try to load the device manager webpage on my laptop I still receive the Internal Server Error 500 message.

Any new information about this? I think I encountered this problem around two weeks ago and still haven't been able to connect to Android Device Manager with my Macbook Pro in Yosemite nor the app on my nexus 4.

This is not helpful, the issue still exist and as far as I see Google Support is not giving any help with this. You just left us with a problem on Your side and we cant normally use the Google Play on computer with our devices. Also Android device manager app is not showing any device! I have new phone now (OnePlus 2) and guess what, it doesnt show it too. Could You finally help us???? Sorry that I'm so angry and impolite, but we still have no help from You!

Hi Jakub,

I apologize for the frustration you are having with Google Play. Since none of my suggestions did not resolve the issue you are having, then I recommend you contact the Google Play team for help. You can reach them from this link here: https://support.google.com/googleplay#topic=3364260&contact=1

Alternatively, you can phone them from this link here: https://support.google.com/store/answer/6178715?rd=3

Please do give them a call. They can investigate the issue you are having with more knowledge and tools than what i can provide in this forum.

Thanks,

-Ian

That's why i made this topic here with hope that someone from Google Play Support help me and others. There isnt any way to contact with Google Play team by mail (or im blind) so if You can provide me a proper topic, mail or way to contact with them than I would be grateful. Otherwise please direct someone from their team to read this topic.
