UNFORTUNATELY, GOOGLE SEARCH HAS STOPPED

This notification pops up continuously.  Not even the keyboard can appear.  We are unable to do anything on my son's NABI 2 because of this google notification.  Can anyone help?

Hi Caleb,

Welcome to the Google Play Help Forum. Try doing a factory data reset on your device. Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Back up any personal data such as passwords, music, movies, photos, etc. This should reset your device and re-enable the play store and reset Google Search. Let me know if this helped.

This answer is not an instruction for a NABI 2 reset.  I have tried to do a NABI reset though for this issue and it has NOT worked.   If Mr. Palmer would like to try, he needs to go to the Nabi 2 support for the instructions - I hope you can follow them better than I could, I thought it was very unclear, so maybe I too should try that again.  If Ian_SJ would be so kind as to look into the Nabi 2 for this issue I too, would love to get mine back to working for my son.
