Review your order history

When you make a purchase on Google Play, we'll send a confirmation email with your order information to the Google Account you use when making your purchase. You can always see your order history on Google Play or payments.google.com.

Using the Play Store app
  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Play Store app Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu Google Play Store Menu Icon and then Account.
  3. Tap Order history.

Note: Order numbers aren't available on Google Play at this time. If you need your order number to request a refund, follow the instructions under "Using payments.google.com" below.

  1. Go to your Google Play account.
  2. Scroll down to review your orders.

  1. Go to payments.google.com.
  2. Find Other purchase activity.
  3. Select View purchases. 
  4. Select an order to see your receipt.

When to expect charges

You'll be charged shortly after you purchase content on Google Play. You'll see any changes to your Google Play balance appear immediately, and charges to other payment methods generally appear within a few days.
