I don't know my username or password for my Google Account
Before you can use the Google Play Store app, you’ll need to sign in to your Google Account with your username and password. If you get a new device or reset your phone, you’ll need to sign in with your username and password to access your previously purchased and downloaded apps.

Don’t know your username or can’t remember your password
You can visit the account recovery page for help with recovering your username or password. For security reasons, the Google Play team can’t provide additional information about which accounts are associated to a particular device or provide user account passwords.

If you keep seeing errors that your username and password do not match, you may have 2-step verification enabled. Learn more about 2-step verification.
Don't know which account is associated with the Google Play Store app
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Touch the Play Store icon to see which account you're currently using.
- To change accounts, touch the dropdown arrow and select a different account.
If you want to remove an account from your Google Play account, you’ll need to remove the Google account from your device using your device’s main Settings Menu, under Accounts. On that list, you can also see all accounts associated with your device.
