Purchased magazines aren't showing
If you’re not seeing a magazine on your Google Play Newsstand app, you might have purchased the issue or subscription using a different Google Account.
Check which account you’re using
Open Google Play Newsstand > Touch the Newsstand icon > Settings to see which account you’re using. The account you’re using will be listed under “Google account.”
To select or add a different account, touch Google account.
Check that your device is online
Your device needs to be connected to the Internet to add the latest news and magazines to your collection. Visit your device’s main Settings menu to review your connection settings.
- Make sure that Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on.
- Make sure your device isn’t in Airplane mode.
- To test your Internet connection, try to go to a website.
If you're signed in to the Google Account that you used to make your purchase and still don't see your magazine, you may have purchased a magazine that isn’t compatible with your device. Some magazines are only compatible with certain screen sizes or devices.
