Change shipping address

You can't change the shipping address after you place an order but you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address. To cancel an order, see instructions in the section below.

If you live in the United States, you may be able to reroute your package if you’re a UPS My Choice member.

Cancel an order

You can cancel an order from your order receipt email or by clicking 'My orders' > 'Cancel order' > 'Cancel this order'.

If your order has shipped, you won’t be able to cancel the order. If you no longer want the items you ordered, you can choose not to accept the delivery. We’ll send a full refund, including your original shipping charges, to your Google Wallet account within 14 calendar days. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may:

  • Not reimburse you for shipping charges that were more than the cost of the least expensive delivery option offered by us.
  • Withhold refunds until we have received the returned items or we have evidence that the item was returned, whichever is the earliest.
  • Deduct from the refund any loss in value of any items returned, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

If you leave a note, make sure it’s in a visible place and includes the following information:

  • Instructions to send the package back to the sender
  • Your signature
  • Tracking number
