Change or cancel an order

In some cases, you can make changes to or cancel your orders on Google Play.
Change your shipping address: You can't change the shipping address after you place an order but you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address. If you live in the United States, you may be able to reroute your package if you’re a UPS My Choice member.
Cancel an order that hasn't shipped: If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel an order from your order receipt email or by clicking 'My orders' > 'Cancel order' > 'Cancel this order'.
Cancel an order that has shipped: If your order has shipped, you won’t be able to cancel the order but you can choose not to accept the delivery. Once we receive the package back at our warehouse, you’ll receive a refund within a reasonable time.

If you leave a note, make sure it’s in a visible place and includes the following information:

  • Instructions to send the package back to the sender
  • Your signature
  • Tracking number
