  • Two-day shipping (1-2 business days processing time + 2 business days for delivery)
  • Ground** (1-2 business days processing time + 3-5 business days for delivery)
  • Saver*** (1-2 business days processing time + 5-10 business days for delivery)

** = Ground shipping is used for shipping replacement devices.

*** = Saver shipping is not available for some orders. Availability of Saver shipping is based on the weight of your order. This option does not include a tracking number.

You'll get an email when we receive your order and when your order leaves our warehouse. The tracking number you receive may take 1 business day to return any information. If your tracking number doesn’t return any information after 1 business day, contact our support team.

How is my shipping cost calculated?
Your estimated shipping cost is based on the weight of the item(s) in your cart and the shipping option selected at checkout. Before placing an order, select your desired shipping method to see the total shipping cost.
Why can't I ship to my location?

Below is a list of locations where we're unable to ship:

  • Australia: All outlying Australian islands except Tasmania
  • Canada: Nunavut, Northwestern Territories, Yukon
  • Finland: Aland Islands
  • France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon, and French Guiana
  • Germany: Busingen and the Isle of Heligoland
  • Greenland

Shipping restrictions:

  • Deliveries can’t be made to PO boxes and/or military addresses.
  • Provide a valid shipping address. Google Play isn’t responsible for lost packages that have been successfully delivered.
  • Make sure the country of your billing address matches your shipping address.
My order has been delivered but I can't find it. Where is my order?
If you can't locate a package that has been delivered, check your tracking information for delivery details and check with housemates or office mates to see if someone else accepted your delivery. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact your shipping provider directly for further assistance.
