- Next Day (1-2 business days processing time + 1 business day for delivery)
- Two-day shipping (1-2 business days processing time + 2 business days for delivery)
- Ground** (1-2 business days processing time + 3-5 business days for delivery)
- Saver*** (1-2 business days processing time + 5-10 business days for delivery)
** = Ground shipping is used for shipping replacement devices.
*** = Saver shipping is not available for some orders. Availability of Saver shipping is based on the weight of your order. This option does not include a tracking number.
You'll get an email when we receive your order and when your order leaves our warehouse. The tracking number you receive may take 1 business day to return any information. If your tracking number doesn’t return any information after 1 business day, contact our support team.

- Germany: Busingen and the Isle of Heligoland
- Hong Kong: Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Closed area, Lo Wu, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O), Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island
- Italy: Vatican City, Livigno, San Marino, Campione d'Italia, and regions with the following post codes: CO 22060, SO 23030
- Portugal: Madeira, Azores
- Spain: Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands
- United Kingdom: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and any British Overseas Territory

- Deliveries can’t be made to PO boxes and/or military addresses.
