Uninstall Google Play Music Manager

If you’d like to uninstall Music Manager from your computer, follow the instructions below.

On Windows 7 or Windows Vista

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Select Programs > Programs and features.
  4. Choose "Google Play Music Manager" and click Uninstall.

Other Windows versions

Go to the Windows support site to get help uninstalling programs on your version of Windows.

On Mac

  1. Open Finder.
  2. At the top of the screen, click Go > Go to folder...
  3. Type ~/Library/PreferencePanes and click Go.
  4. Drag MusicManager.prefPane to the Trash.
  5. At the top of the screen, click Go > Applications.
  6. Drag Music Manager to the Trash.
Delete temporary music files
  1. Open Finder.
  2. At the top of the screen, click Go > Go to Folder...
  3. Type ~/Library/Application Support/Google and click Go.
  4. Drag the MusicManager folder to the Trash.
  5. At the top of the screen, click Go > Go to Folder...
  6. Type ~/Library/Preferences > and click Go.
  7. Drag ~/Library/Preferences/com.google.musicmanager.plist to the Trash.
