Why many popular apps don't give account deletion option inside their apps? As user I feel cheated

I am sharing playstore links of some popular apps in which we have to mail them to delete our account which is a very tedious process and could instead be solved with a simple "delete account" button inside their apps. And many apps instead give "deactivate account" which don't delete our existing data and only disables the account. Example apps are: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Dominos

It seems a very common practice. Please look into the matter.
