Google Play production

We've been trying for production for a full month now, with multiple updates through the entire life cycle, paid testers and close family testers to weed out issues, and three weeks of production data after having our app published to IOS used to improve our app. But we were still rejected twice again without a clear reason why and support cannot clarify saying they're not responsible for it and closing the ticket after.

Can anyone please let us know where we can contact the right support to appeal for a production release, or how to get the information of why we keep getting rejected out of someone?

I sent a ticket, but could we get confirmation on the approval? i assume we would have gotten an eamil about it if it was only a console glitch, but we only recived the rejection email

They replied with the copy-and-paste response we've been getting for a month now, refuting your teams answer. who did you contact and how can they reach support?
