Account is terminated for unknow reason.
Hi Members,
Four days ago, I received an email from Google stating that my account has been terminated due to "Prior violations of the Developer Program Policies and Developer Distribution Agreement by this or associated, previously-terminated Google Play Developer accounts."
I'm uncertain about what happened. I have been a game developer for the past 8 years. Two years ago, I started a new company and began working on a puzzle game, investing everything I have into it. However, when I attempted to publish my game for beta testing, my Google account was terminated.
I worked as a freelancer for 6 years, and I have checked all my clients' accounts; none of them have been terminated for any reason. I don't understand what the issues are. I have already submitted an appeal for this, but I keep receiving the same email each time.
I hope someone from the Google team can look into this issue. Please help me here i did not violate any google policy.

Sorry to hear you are in this situation. Unfortunately once the appeals team has decided the account is associated with another then there is very little you can do. They don't make public the reason how they have associated the account, often it is because you either shared your account with someone else who was terminated or had access to their account, it could be that you use the same computer, payment information etc.
If you can establish the link and can prove that the link should not exist then that is really your only option.

You can find a list of Google offices here: https://about.google/intl/ALL_uk/locations/ I can't say if it will work or not or even get to the right person but at this stage it is the best I can think of. We have no way of contacting the appeals team directly.

I have a question.
I am in the same situation.
If I create an enterprise account. The legal entity is not me, but the enterprise, so I theoretically can't be banned.
If for example Meta has am employed which is banned. Meta won't be banned.
There are still other stores you can use to distribute your apps.

How can i lobby them i only have email id that sent same message.
Where i write to google office to make sure it goes to right hand otherwise my effort are wasted.
