Lost KeyStore password

Dear Sir/Madam

We lost the password of our app's keystore and now we cant upload new updates for this package name com.happykamp.busyhospital. is there a way to upload the app using a new keystore?

Hello,

Do you have Play App Signing enabled for the app? If yes, you should be able to reset your upload key by going to Release > Setup > App integrity, then going to the App Signing tab, then clicking Request upload key reset.
