If your developer account has been terminated or you believe your app was rejected in error, the best way to reach us is through the link in the enforcement email you received.

Please make sure your app satisfies the following conditions:

  • App must be in good standing (not removed or suspended by Google)
  • App must have 0 lifetime installs
  • App must be unpublished for 24 hours (to ensure 0 installs)

If you’ve recently published an app or update, it can take some time for your changes to show on Google Play. Troubleshoot your specific issue here before submitting a ticket.
