For help with your app's signing key on Play Console, please fill out the form below.

At this time, we can only respond to emails sent in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. 

If your developer account has been terminated or you believe your app was rejected in error, the best way to reach us is through the link in the enforcement email you received.

Reset upload key requests can only be submitted through the Play App Signing page (Release > Setup > App integrity) by the account owner.
If the button is greyed out, check the account you are logged into.

Go to your app > Release > Setup > App Integrity to check your opt-in status

You've confirmed the app is not enrolled in app signing by Google Play and you lost your keystore.

This means our team cannot assist in resetting your key.  

You'll have to publish a new app with a new package name and a new key. You should also update the description of the original app and unpublish it. Please note that we do not support the deletion of apps or the re-use of package names.
