If you're an app developer, you can report an issue that you’re having with Google Play or access to Google Play’s services using this form.

At this time, we can only respond to emails sent in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. 

If your developer account has been terminated or you believe your app was enforced against in error, the best way to reach us is through the link in the enforcement email you received.
