We know that account termination is a significant event, and we want to ensure that appeals receive timely and focused attention. To help us review incoming appeals faster and give you decisions quicker, we are setting a 180-day window to appeal account terminations. We've seen that nearly all successful appeals are resolved within six months.
What is changing?
Starting from 28 January 2026, you must submit your appeal within 180 days of the date that your account was terminated. After this 180-day window ends, we consider the matter closed and the option to appeal will no longer be available. We will continue to send you notifications about your account termination via email.

Yes. If you submit your appeal towards the end of the 180-day window, you will automatically receive an extra 30 days after our decision to reply with new information for re-review, even if the original 180-day window has passed.
