Item statusFrequently asked questions
Will all policy declarations have the ability to request more time? No, this feature depends on the specific policy and requirements. We try to provide extensions for complex policies where possible to give you more flexibility and control over your compliance schedule.
Each policy will have a fixed time frame for their extensions. We do this to provide easier to remember, consistent dates across our policies.
Either you are not in-scope for the declaration you're searching for, or you may have already completed it, and it might be on the Actioned tab.
As you’ve already completed the declaration, there’s no need to request additional time. If we find an issue when we review your declaration, this will appear on the Needs attention tab and you can request an extension then.
