2023년 7월, Google에서는 모든 Google Play 개발자가 신원을 확인하도록 의무화하는 정책 업데이트를 발표했습니다. 조직 계정의 경우 계정 소유자 또는 공식 대리인의 신분증과 함께 사업자 등록증 또는 VAT 등록증과 같은 공식 조직 서류를 제공해야 합니다.
신원 확인 절차의 일환으로 결제 프로필을 개발자 계정에 연결해야 합니다. 이를 통해 Google은 법적 이름, 주소, 관련 DUNS 번호 등 조직에 관한 정보를 수집하고 확인할 수 있습니다.
필요한 신분증은 결제 프로필의 국가 또는 지역으로 결정되는 지리적 위치에 따라 다릅니다.
제출된 모든 서류는 다음을 포함하여 결제 프로필의 정보와 정확하게 일치해야 합니다.
- 개인 식별 세부정보
- 조직 이름(조직 계정의 경우)
- 주소 정보
서류와 결제 프로필 간에 불일치가 있는 경우 인증 작업 중에 결제 프로필 정보를 업데이트할 수 있습니다.

중요: 지원되지 않는 서류를 제출하는 것은 개발자 인증에 실패하는 주된 원인이며, 수정된 서류나 가짜 서류를 제공하면 계정과 앱이 즉시 삭제될 수 있습니다.

EEA 및 영국 서류 요구사항
신분증에 포함된 데이터는 차단할 수 없습니다. 이는 결제 시스템 공급자가 고객의 신원을 확인하는 단계를 거치도록 요구하는 유럽 법규에 따른 조치입니다. Google Payments Ireland Ltd는 규제 대상 결제 회사이며, EU 자금 세탁 방지 지침에 따른 의무를 지닙니다. Google에서는 이러한 요구사항을 준수하면서 고객의 개인 정보를 소중히 보호(Google 개인정보처리방침 참고)할 뿐만 아니라 Google 서비스가 서비스 약관에 따라 적절히 사용될 수 있도록 절차를 마련했습니다.
위치별 제출 가능한 서류
Organizations are required to provide 2 different types of documentation for developer verification: organization registration documents and a government-issued photo ID from an authorized representative of the organization.
In the event of a Government organization you may submit a document with your government’s letterhead as a form of proof if the above business documents are not available.
Acceptable documents include:
Registration documents:
- Certificate of incorporation or registration
- Extract from commercial register
- Business license
- Tax certificate

Authorized representative’s government-issued photo ID:
- Passport
- Identification card
- Driving license
- Permanent residence card
An authorized representative is anyone who has the legal authority to represent the organization (for example, CEO, director, legal representative). The government-issued photo ID can be issued in any country.
Individuals must submit a Burundian government-issued photo ID and proof of address document as part of the verification program. Acceptable ID documents include:
- Passport
- National ID card
- Driver's license
- Residence permit
Address documents must list the individual's name and address as it appears on their profile. Acceptable address documents include:
- Government issued photo ID with address listed
- Utility bill for electricity, water, gas, internet, cable TV
- Insurance statement (home insurance, health insurance, and so on)
- Credit card or bank statement
