Before you can submit your app to Google Play for review, Google may request an official document so that we can verify your organisation. This helps us know who you are and helps us protect Google Play users from abuse.
Provide organisation documents
If you selected 'Company or business' as your organisation type, you must upload a certificate of organisation issued from the sign-up country and a valid ID of the organisation's official representative issued in any country so that Google can verify your organisation. Ensure that the document clearly states your organisation's name as you registered it in your Google Play Developer account.

For example, the addresses should match.
Note: If you selected 'Government organisation' as your organisation type, you may submit documentation that verifies your affiliation to a government organisation and includes relevant government contact information on official letterhead for validation.
