This change aims to ensure the safety of Google Play users. If you're contacted, here's what you need to know:
- Before you're contacted by phone, you'll receive an email to inform you that you will receive a call from Google Play.
- If you have a pending app update when you receive this email, its review may be delayed until after the phone call.
- Follow-up calls may be necessary
