Google Pixel Watch Update - Nov 2023

Hello Pixel Watch Community,

All supported Pixel Watch 2 LTE devices running Wear OS 4 will receive the November 2023 software update starting today. The rollout will continue over the next week in phases depending on carrier and device. Users will receive a notification on their watch once the OTA becomes available for their device. We encourage you to update to receive the latest software.

"Leave feedback" rinse and repeat. Come on. Google does not care about user feedback. Never have. No response to feedback ever. Doesn't make its way to a product manager. And if it does -- nothing ever comes of it. A complete waste of time.

No, I don't have LTE and it is still on October 2023 update. I accidently enabled dev mode which I don't need. Can't easily disable so I will just leave it.

I'd recommend waiting till the Dec update comes out, looks like that one isn't coming

Essentially, this topic is misnamed, "Google Pixel Watch Update - Nov 2023." It should have been named to correctly convey what it is really announcing, e.g., "Google Pixel Watch 2 LTE Update - Nov 2023," although the November part is questionable.

Google released the watch 2 in October and they can't update their own products, timely. They basically told the Wi-Fi watch users to fuck off.

Sorry you haven't gotten the update. Be sure the watch is on the charger and connected to WiFi to trigger the update

I have the LTE watch and have made sure fully charged and on wi-fi, but still have not received the November update. any tricks I can try to get it to trigger?

The fact that Google only updated the LTE version in November is very concerning. Nothing about why the Wi-Fi version of both watch models 1/2 were skipped for updates. Google this is your chance to offer an update, or give reasons why you're skipping your flagship watches for updates. Google is going to get slapped with a class action lawsuit because of this.

They won't update the Wi-Fi version of Pixel 2 watch. They only care about the LTE version.

That doesn't make sense. There will be far more wifi version users than LTE version...

I'm in the same boat, have not received any updates to my PW2 Wifi and running October security level.

My Pixel watch 2 is still on the October update - it's now Dec and it's still not pulling any updtaes. It is LTE, connected to WiFi, and I have disabled the bluetooth and reformatted the watch... no changes). Any ideas?

where is the update for Watch 2 BT? It is still seating with October 5th security patch and today it is already December 8.

This worked for me on the WIFI version, it said I had all available updates, but I spam clicked on the checkmark icon at the top and THEN it checked and started downloading something and then started installing it. it installed and it's been on "optimizing" for at least 15+ minutes on the charger, not sure how much longer it should take

Where is the update for the Wi-Fi version of the Pixel watch 1/2? You've skipped November and now it looks like you're skipping December for an update your own hardware. Come on Google, these are YOUR watches, and you can't update the Wi-Fi version in a timely manner!!
