Countries and regions with walk-in repair options

Walk-in repair is available in:

  • United States, through Google Store locations
  • Mexico, through Google Exclusive Service Centers
  • India*, through Google Exclusive Service Centers

*For India:

  1. Go to get your Google Pixel Watch 4 repaired.
  2. Next to “Choose your country,” select India.
  3. Follow the instructions under “Option 1: Bring your watch to a service center.”
  1. At the Google Store repair center in a supported country or region, start the repair process.
    • You need to sign into your Google Account.
  2. Enter your device's IMEI or serial number. Make sure that the IMEI or serial number matches the device that you want repaired. Learn how to find your device’s IMEI or serial number.
  3. Under “Step 1,” select the issues and symptoms that apply to your device. Review the issue covered, then select Next.

Tip: All damages, whether in-warranty or out-of-warranty must be repaired. Make sure to select all damages. Any out-of-warranty repairs come with a charge.

  1. Under "Step 2," review and select your repair option: Walk-In or Mail-In then select Next.

Tip: Walk-in service is only available in selected countries.

  1. To complete the next steps, you can:
  • Confirm your mail-in details.
  • Find the nearest walk-in location.

Send your device for repair

You can choose your preferred repair service. Before you send your watch in for repairs, back up your data and do a factory reset. Learn how to back up your data and do a factory reset.

Track your watch repair status

Google Store locations (US) and Google Exclusive Service Centers (India): Go to your Google Store repair history. At the top right, select Repairs.

Google Exclusive Service Centers (Mexico): You will receive emails from the service center about your device’s repair status.

How to check your warranty status

To check your device warranty status and options, go to Your Devices. You must be in a supported country or region and signed in to your Google Account.
