The Fitbit app on Pixel Watch gives you insights into data about your health and heart rate. Refer to Set up Fitbit on Pixel Watch to track your health, activity, and sleep data for more details.
Track heart rate on Pixel Watch
Google Pixel Watch can track your heart rate all day to give key inputs to health and activity metrics like resting heart rate, Active Zone Minutes, and more. Learn more about how to track heart rate.
The Fitbit ECG app on Pixel Watch
When installed from the Google Play Store, the Fitbit ECG app1 on Google Pixel Watch can detect your heart rhythm. When you use the Fitbit ECG app, your heart rhythm data is analyzed for signs of AFib. While only a doctor can diagnose AFib, the results of this assessment can help to identify if your heart rhythm displays signs of the condition. Note: Use of a Metal Mesh Band or Metal Slim Band watch accessory with Pixel Watch is incompatible with the ECG app. All bands work for ECG readings on Pixel Watch 2.
Medical Device Interference
Your device uses radios and other components that emit electromagnetic fields, and also contains magnets. These electromagnetic fields and magnets may interfere with medical devices, such as pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. Always keep the Google Pixel Watch and its charger at a safe distance away from the medical device. If you have questions about using your Google device with or near your medical device, consult your healthcare provider before using your Google Pixel Watch. If you suspect your Google Pixel Watch is interfering with your medical device, turn off your Google device and consult your physician for information specific to your medical device.
